Ode To Oatmeal

Happy WIAW!
I hope Jenn (at Peas&Crayons) will forgive me, but I just couldn’t post a whole day of eats today.
I just couldn’t. Since being able to eat oats again, I’ve eaten oatmeal EVERY day for breakfast, and I’m re-discovering how amazing, delicious, scrumptious, yummy, studpendous, and wonderful it can be. No full day of eats here – but almost a week full of breakfasts.
Day 1: I tentatively ventured back into the oatmeal world with gluten-free maple oatmeal and Justin’s Maple Almond butter.
Day 2: I realized how much fun I could have with oats, and added some gluten-free granola.
Enjoy Life gluten-free granola and Justin’s Almond butter.
OH SO DELICIOUS.
Day 3: Found a gluten-free oatmeal/quinoa blend from EcoPlanet and added Udi’s gluten-free oats and more Justin’s Maple Almond Nut butter.
You should be jealous. That’s how good these oats were.
Day 4: Found Glutenfreeda gluten-free Banana Maple oatmeal and decided fresh bananas were in order. Plus more Udi’s granola and Justin’s Almond Nut butter.
If you can believe it, I’ve never had fresh fruit in my granola – until now. And bananas + Almond Nut Butter + Udi’s granola + oatmeal = oatmeal perfection.
I’m one happy oatmeal-filled girl.
